School Unofficially Begins

Today was the day of Safety seminars and TA training and various other crap at USC. A miserable day of torrential rain. I roam around campus, attending my various, newfound responsibilities and feel like, well, I'm back in school.

This semester has gotten off to a bad start - two big poker losses, lowest bank statement in years, and that anxiety a big private business that is USC gives an individual. Not to mention the weather. But, last semester got off to a good start and ended up being not-so-good overall....so maybe this rough start is a good omen - it can only go up. And the fact that I'm not involved with a major production has lowered my blood pressure significantly. Time to write good, personal, scripts, and explore ACADEMIC as opposed to physical and organization challenges. A-frigging-MEM.
