So were basically all crewed up for my 546 project. I am debating whether to do a full write up of all the politics of decision-making during the crewing up process. It was interesting, to say the least. Posting it, though, runs the risk of severely offending many, many people. The bottom line is the whole crewing up process is silly, the people making decisions are going by gut impressions, evaluations of prior work, and reputation - which may or may not reflect how the crew or person will work on the project itself.

I think whoever created the Survivor series, must have gone through something similar to 546. Oh, and by the way, I can't think of any other way to crew up that would be better, for the record.
