I Have Confidence in the Japanese
If Al Queda sets up shop in Japan, I have a feeling the Japanese will know how to handle them. Just my guess. It's a rather undiverse country and the Japanese don't have a history of going light on their enemies. Plus, they make a hell of car, electronic systems, and game systems.

yeah, the sarin gas attack was in 95 and i was in japan 96-97 and there were still huge wanted pictures of the suspects in train stations and on lights in front of police stations. in fact, i'll bet they're still up for the people they haven't found. tenacious.
