So many Americans think these jihadist organizations spring up as a result of Israel or American foreign policy, when in fact, they are calculated movements designed with a specific purpose in mind and a long term strategy. To effectively combat them, we need to knock at their weak points and frustrate their their short and long term strategic goals. Then they will wither away.
