Confusing, non-sensical, all over the place and I'm still glad I saw it in the theater. One day the New Bev will play this with The Counselor and it'll play great together.
The set-up of Sicario 2 is bravura first act stuff...that settles to exist as a complete red herring to the rest of the film. First Sicrario also had a brilliant first act, and gradually became smaller and smaller as well.
