JD Vance's relative denied heart transplant because she isn't vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu. 

The real story makes it seem even worse than it is. 

The type of people who make these rules aren't evil, but are dumb. They don't see the consequences of their own choices and make emotional instead of rational rulings.
