Agree with Tyler Cowen - many commentators thought Iran "won" the MOU, which begs the question: if they won, why restart fighting? Possibilities:
1) They are batshit crazy and can't help but go to war
2) They didn't win anything they wanted
3) All moderating elements are all gone
Who knows?
