Not trying to be smart, but what is the issue with New Orleans? Isn't it being rebuilt? Isn't the damage done and people working on the best way to bring the pieces back together?
Saints...Yes. Rebuilt...No. FEMA funds still sitting around, waiting to be disbursed. Miles of rubble & destroyed homes in poorer neighborhoods remain just sitting there.
