Disney "Protest"

Can you call something a protest when workers leave their job for an hour or so to walk around the block without any consequence or threat to their jobs? They used to call this lunch break.

Litmus test: if there is no personal cost to an action, I'm wary of what's really going on. In this way, I see the world similarly to Vlad Putin.
