So Amazon refuses a book review by mistakenly thinking the reviewer knows the author. But here's the most frustrating thing: in the book world, everyone who reviews each others work knows each other! Read a book jacket. All the quotes are from other authors who know the author. And here we have Amazon and Facebook trying to get the "people" to play the rules the elite doesn't play by themselves. And even: they don't get it right. Nor do the strive to correct it. The arrogance is astounding.
