Don't get too excited. The cameras don't have the best reputation and really - how much use do any of us have for a S-16 MOS camera?? I prefer dialog myself. Yes, it looks cool, but don't get carried away.
wow! somebody arguing for an MOS camera, impressive. I guess if the constant sound of a camera motor turns you on the dialog would be fine. Hmm, what do i know, I'm sure there are lots of people who shoot movie with MOS cameras - like Fellini.

ReplyDeleteso you're saying it's too noisy...but it has that crystal sync thing, which i assumed meant it was designed for dialog recording
